I’m a certified relationship coach with over five years of experience helping clients navigate their love lives. After coaching hundreds of clients through breakups, situationships, and complicated relationships, there was one thing that kept coming up… “How do I get them back?” Again and again, clients would come to me asking how to reconnect with their ex or get their crush to fall for them.

At the same time, I was seeing wild manifestations in my own life. That question led me to dive into the science behind manifestation. I read books on neuroscience, subconscious reprogramming, identity work, psychology, and suddenly it all made sense. Manifestation isn’t random or fluffy, it's deeply rooted in how our brains work, how we see ourselves, and the energy we project.
