Let’s talk about what is really happening in your brain when you spiral over your specific person. Inside your mind, you have something called Cognitive Brain Networks. These networks are the pathways your brain builds based on repeated thoughts, and form the foundation of your subconscious mind. Every time you obsess, replay rejection, or focus on what went wrong, your brain strengthens those pathways. It’s like carving a deeper trail in your mind that says, “This is my reality.” Over time, your brain defaults to these patterns automatically viewing these thoughts as "the norma" and comfortable, meaning that if you try to trick your brain with an affirmation, your brain will then reject the new, positive thought, thinking of it as foreign and uncomfortable. This wiring of your brain and subconscious, keeps you stuck in a cycle of negative thoughts and low self-worth.


Then there’s the Reticular Activating System (RAS), which acts like a filter for your inner world. The RAS decides what you notice and what you ignore based on your dominant beliefs. When you are stuck in lack or rejection mode, your RAS filters your life to only show you more of that: missed texts, social media triggers, and moments where your specific person seems distant. This is why it feels like the harder you try, the worse it gets.

Next, let’s talk about something most people completely overlook: your nervous system. Before you can even think about rewiring their thoughts, shifting your self concept or attracting your specific person, your first priority should be calming your body.


I see it all the time. People try to manifest their SP back fast while stuck in anxiety and panic, wondering why it never works. The truth is, when your nervous system is dysregulated, your body is in survival mode. When your body and brain are used to getting hits of dopamine, oxytocin, serratonin etc. from a specific person, the second that source is gone, your body goes into "fight or flight" AKA survival mode, which can cause panic and anxiety. That survival energy blocks attraction every time, because the energy you're emitting is one of lack.


When you are stuck in the stress cycle, your brain fires negative thoughts faster, your Reticular Activating System looks for worst-case scenarios, and your energy feels chaotic. This is where brain and heart coherence comes in. Joe Dispenza teaches that your brain and heart need to work together to create a stable, aligned energy field. When your brain and heart are incoherent, meaning your thoughts and emotions are out of sync, you send out mixed signals out into the world and to your brain. This creates more resistance and makes it harder to see results, especially in manifestation.

When your body feels calm and safe, your energy shifts naturally from chasing to attracting. This is the first step to manifest your SP back fast: you stop sending signals of desperation out and start radiating confidence and ease.



The Science of Attraction: Your SP Can Actually

FEEL Your Energy


Next, let’s break down the science of attraction. All humans have a measurable Electromagnetic Frequency (EMF), which are which means your specific person can feel your energy before you even speak. When you are desperate, your energy repels. When you are grounded, your energy attracts.


Every human emits a natural EMF, which is created by the activity in your heart and brain, and your level of coherence. This energy field radiates several feet around your body and is constantly influenced by your emotions, thoughts, and self concept. The more positive and regulated your energy is, the more magnetic your EMF becomes. This is why calm, secure people naturally draw others in.


Interestingly, the quantum entanglement theory suggests that people who have formed a strong emotional or energetic connection can stay linked, even across great distances. Their energy fields can stay synchronized. This means it's possible that your specific person can feel your EMF shifts, even if you are in no contact. Emotional Visualization Is the Next Step to Lock in

Your New Energy

Once you have calmed your nervous system and shifted your energetic frequency, visualization becomes your next step. This is where you take your new energy and lock it in by teaching your brain and body what it feels like to already have the love or outcome that you desire. Joe Dispenza explains that your brain cannot tell the difference between a real event and an imagined one, but the part that actually rewires your brain is not the scene, it's the emotion you create while visualizing.


Too many people make the mistake of visualizing their specific person texting or calling, but they do it from a place of anxiety or neediness. That energy sends mixed signals. The goal of SP manifestation is not just to see something in your mind, it's to feel it in your body. Your brain changes when you teach it to feel like someone who is already in a committed relationship, not someone chasing an outcome and hoping to be chose.


High-vibration emotions like gratitude, joy, peace, and love are scientifically shown to shift your electromagnetic frequency to that of a higher vibration, which makes you more magnetic. When you visualize from these emotions, you are also training your subconscious mind to believe that being loved, secure, and chosen is your new normal.

When you hold onto your desire with a strong need, you trap yourself in the energy of lack. Finally, let’s get honest about why affirmations are usually a waste of time and energy. Affirmations without belief do not create results because they do not rewire your neural pathways, because you have to feel the emotion tied to that affirmation in order for your subconscious to accept it as true.
